Our mission
We are committed to providing immediate relief and support to people experiencing homelessness.
We take a biopsychosocial, person-centred and trauma informed approach to meeting the individual needs of people, no matter how complex or multi-faceted those needs may be. We have a strong commitment to respond to the specific needs of our people and will not shy away from difficult cases that require extra perseverance, understanding and care.
We strive to build community and bring hope, encouragement, and purpose to the lives of those we serve, whilst creating opportunities which enable pathways out of homelessness.
We aim to promote dignity and positive social interactions in an inclusive and welcoming environment which enables people to exit the cycle of homelessness with as little trauma as possible, increasing their chances of leading a fulfilling life following their homelessness experience.
